Why is Madonna Still Not in Jail?

Madonna is the biggest selling female artist of all time. She is a universal icon, pioneer, revolutionist and the gays love her and quite frankly “Bitch, she’s Madonna’’. But, despite all her impressive achievements and accomplishments and gay icon status, why is this bitch still not in jail?

The queen of pop should have been arrested the moment she uttered that she “thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House” during a speech against President Donald Trump at the so-called Women’s March held in Washington on January 21, 2017, one of several anti-Trump protests that took place in various different locations around the world.

So, why should an entertainer, singer, songwriter, actress, and businesswoman like Madonna, who has pushed the boundaries of expressionism and free speech; be arrested for erm, free speech? Well, threatening the President of the United States is a serious crime and a class E felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. It consists of knowingly and wilfully mailing or otherwise making “any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States”.

Threatening or implying to ‘’blow up the White House’’ would make Madonna in essence, a criminal.

In theory, Madonna should have been investigated further by the secret service over her appearance at the Women’s March, the moment she acknowledged she was “angry” and “outraged,” that President Trump had been elected.

Ever the provocateur, Madonna dropped a trio of f-bombs which lead several news networks to cut away after she swore multiple times. Madonna’s comments sparked outrage among Trump staffers. On Fox News, White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus compared it to the reaction such a comment would receive if it were directed at former President Obama, according to the Washington Times.

Kellyanne Conway, a senior White House aide, had also described Madonna’s speech as “destructive”.

The President himself even called Madonna “Disgusting’’. He spoke of his feelings about the singer in an interview with Fox’s Sean Hannity.

The President said: “Honestly, she’s disgusting. I think she hurt herself very badly. I think she hurt that whole cause,’ President Trump said of the singer’s unhinged outburst.

“I thought her and a couple of others. But, I thought she was in particular, I thought what she said was disgraceful to our country.”

Madonna’s arrest would have caused uproar amongst the emerging left-wing fascism of celebrities, who feel they have the American public’s best interest at heart, including the likes of Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Alicia Keys, who were also in attendance at the Women’s March. It would also have given a strong message, just because you are a celebrity and apart of the Hollywood elite and these emerging left-wing fascists, it does not make you exempt from the law.

Madonna has since defended her comments, posting on her Instagram: “I am not a violent person, I do not promote violence and its important people hear and understand my speech in its entirety, rather than one phrase taken wildly out of context.”

Saying that you had considered harming and attacking the 45th President of the United States is something that cannot be taken out of context. If the same ruthless and violent remark had been made to former President Barack Obama, there would be an outcry of hysteria, outrage and every liberals favourite overused word of ‘’racism’’.  The blatant double standards is questionable and is shocking amongst a horrifying rise of far left extremism and unruly riots (anarchists), the fact that someone who shared views of inflicting violence on the President of the United States, how is she even allowed to preach this hateful rhetoric on a public forum, is nothing short of outrageous.

Madonna’s fans are mentally deranged and psychotic; to them she is a goddess amongst common folk. All it takes is one unstable and disturbed fan to hear her “taken out of context’’ anti-Trump speech, and the next thing you know, there’s Madonna waving a knife outside the White House, while miming “Like a Virgin”. Unbelievable, maybe she is unhinged, as is quite clear to see!

Madonna’s fans are “maniacal”, but a feminist, liberal and Black Lives Matter follower, would blindly agree with her. Perish that thought.

So, the next time a celebrity makes a violent threat against President Trump, can we have some law and order please? May we see them arrested? As it would set a great precedent for any such future occurrence.

What did Madonna do after her horrendous speech?  She flies right out to Malawi to adopt 4-year-old twins, and how was your week?

Do you remember when Madonna used to be “cool”? Here you can buy that memory.

  1. This woman, Rhiana and several other celebrities participated in publicly shaming my friend online after some Twitter incidents were exaggerated. My friend in the UK had no idea Madonna and Rhiana were behind this, was shocked when she was getting insulted and ridiculed, others such as Rusell Brand followed on instigating further hate and stalking. She tried to report this to the police and almost had her arm broken by two officers, she only mentioned the singer was bullying her with others online, the others were creeps she use to know and wanted the police to question them. Her life has been wrecked since, she was harassed and organised stalked for 3 yrs, it messed up her careers, work, education I mean everything! Twitter and other social networksites are just as guilty for keeping quiet and not helping her when she asked for help. The UK and the US only helps people that are famous, you always hear on the news about celebrities being stalked and you never hear about victims of celebrities, just because your famous doesn’t make you innocent!!
