A 30 second teaser trailer for Star Wars: Battlefront II has been leaked online. The follow-up to the original game Star Wars: Battlefront looks like a vast improvement on the first game, boasting an all new new single player storyline mode that’s setting it apart from its predecessor. Let’s check out the trailer below.
New characters such as Kylo Ren and Rey join up with recognizable faces like Darth Maul and Yoda to include the elements of the Prequel films and The Force Awakens, however, the teaser trailer features no imagery of the actual gameplay. We speculate that the release date of the game may be revealed soon, but as it stands at the time of writing this article, we are yet to hear any statements about an official release date. Some predict that it will be released on May the 4th (Star Wars Day) which is highly unlikely, whilst others predict a later release date in the summer.
The leak of the teaser trailer by EA and DICE means that we won’t have to wait too long for an official announcement regarding the release dates or any of the additional game modes within ‘Battlefront II’ which you can (Pre-Order here).
Some people are still enjoying the last game, others not so much anymore. Hopefully this NEW game will be an improvement on the last one. We’re already excited about the rumors of that much-needed single player story mode being included as it’s sure to boost the game’s popularity with all the Star Wars Geeks tenfold.
May the force be with you. Brainstain over and out!
