Second IT Trailer Released

Things are starting to get critical in Derry, Maine, where yet more and more children have been going missing throughout the years, well in the mind of Stephen King anyway and with his shape-shifting evil entity of IT or “Pennywise¬†the Clown”, now being played by Swedish actor Bill Skarsgard, we think this is very relevant since he’s bringing back one of the most feared and most iconic monsters in contemporary thriller in all of film history.

It’s truly hard shoes to fill in following in Tim Curry’s footsteps from the original TV Mini-Series movie of 1990, so a lot is riding on Bill Skarsgard’s shoulders. But, in hearing his voice and seeing more of his performance in the 2nd trailer, it’s only making us wanting to see the film even more now.

With Bill Skarsgard taking on a younger “IT” in the revamped remake of the cult classic, it’s clear that this film may just go onto equal or supersede the original classic film, if the trailers are anything to go by. Additionally, the cinematography by Chung-hoon Chung, the set decoration by Rosalie Board, and performances from a predominately talented child cast, (including Finn Wolfhard and Jack Dylan Grazer), it’s sure to be as well received by moviegoers, as by us, so far, without even seeing the full feature film, just yet.

Also, the film’s score made by Benjamin Wallfisch is nothing short of haunting and with all these factors of excellence already in place, with the undeniable talent of director Andres Muschietti leading the film, which is set for release in cinemas on September 7th, 2017, we could just say that this is the film that we are most looking forward to in the year of 2017.

We thought it just be nice to share Bill Skarsgard’s voice as IT today and further remind you to await the forthcoming release of Stephen King’s novel in feature film format, since this is sure to be one to watch this year.
