Youtuber Jack Jones Apologises For Racist And Homophobic Comments

Oh, the world of YouTube. Nowadays, if you’re a famous Youtuber, there’s always someone out there who wants to “expose” you in some way. It’s just the twisted entertainment YouTube likes to thrive on these days.

In this case, Youtube star Jack Jones was captured on film using racist and homophobic language in the street. The video was posted to Twitter, and instantly blew up with over 7,000 shares.

In the 10-second clip, Jack is seen telling someone to “go back to your own country”, before calling them a “faggot”. Maybe, not the best choice of words in the heat of the moment?

Jack has more than 260,000 subscribers on Youtube, and is known for pulling practical jokes on strangers. While some are seen as entertaining, others have been viewed as offensive or inappropriate, such as his prank where he attempts to film the breasts of strangers without their permission.

Jack has since apologised since the incident, but denies being racist or homophobic, claiming it was simply just a “very poor choice of words”.

“I was out with my friends walking down the street,” he said in a statement.

Youtube life and the subsequent envy you receive probably isn’t as fun as we all make it out to be, what with the constant drama and thousands of haters that are seemingly out to get you. Sounds like a dream, don’t you think?
