5 Women Accuse Louis C.K Of Sexual Misconduct; ‘I Love You Daddy’ Premiere Cancelled

In the latest onslaught of sexual harassment allegations, comedian, actor, TV producer and filmmaker, Louis C.K, has been hit with multiple accusations of sexual misconduct, dating back a decade. He has been known to make us all laugh from time to time with his crude jokes and relatable rhetoric on issues such as marriage, life, divorce, dating, and masturbation, amongst a whole host of other topics. Ironic, isn’t it?

Indeed, Louis C.K is the latest celebrity to be enveloped in some form of sexual misconduct scandal. Over the last decade, Louis C.K has reportedly got naked in front of no less than five female comedians against their will (supposedly), and proceeded to masturbate in front of them. Hmmm, maybe it’s a good idea to get permission first before you do something like that, that is if these sexual misconduct claims are anything to go by or to be believed.

The New York Times alleged that five women have come forward to share their stories of Louis C.K’s masturbation antics which repulsed them. This occurred only some hours before the premiere of his new film, which was to be screened in New York on Thursday. Unfortunate timing, eh? Whilst we have been fans of Louis C.K’s work in the past, we were pretty disappointed to learn that he joined in on the Establishment’s Trump bashing bandwagon, so perhaps this is “karma” catching up with him? He lost many fans because of it, especially those from his American fanbase. We don’t believe that to be the reason or the cause of this, but as you read on, you may catch some curious reasons as to why this might be happening to him, given the nature of his new film.

His new film ‘I Love You Daddy’, starring himself and Chloe Grace Moretz, has had its premiere cancelled. Curiously, the subject matter of the film couldn’t be more ill-timed, with much scrutiny now being placed on the entertainment industry and their love for very young girls (read: teenagers) being with much older men. Basically, the film is garnering attention for being on the cusp of hinting at the ideology of “pedophilia” in the industry in some way or another… Well, that’s what it seems like anyway, so it’s a double whammy for Louis C.K right now in PR terms. The question remains, has he really been masturbating in front of women against their will, or could this film have irked an anonymous, yet well known, well connected Hollywood person to the point of setting Louis up for a fall? We’ll have to wait and find out more information as it comes out. Anyway, let’s see the official Trailer for the independent film, written and directed by Louis C.K, following his string of successes with his self-produced cable series of ‘Louie’ for some years now.

As mentioned above, the film ‘I Love You Daddy’ is about a successful TV writer, and his daughter’s distasteful relationship with a much older film director, played by John Malkovich. Perhaps this alone could be hinting at the disturbing “pedophilia” antics in the entertainment industry, but moving on. His daughter proceeds to have a whirlwind romance with the film director, much to the father’s displeasure. Louis C.K’s character attempts to come to terms with handling the situation as best that he can. Hmm… Could this revelation of five women alleging Louis C.K of masturbating in front of them be some sort of warning or attempt to stop his film from being successful in the midst of the much rumoured “pedophilia” rings in Hollywood, which are about to break out at any moment? This could very well be the case; why would this happen so near to the premiere of the film? Though that being said, the timing of the film couldn’t be any worse, could it?

Additionally, Louis’ stand up routines (such as this one below), while funny, may not help his cause right now, unless we can help to put this into perspective and just maybe see beyond these latest allegations for what they really might be, instead.

The first allegations came from an Aspen hotel room, where Dana Min Goodman and Julia Wolov claim that in 2002, Louis C.K got naked and masturbated in front of them after they had been invited to his room during the US Comedy Arts Festival. They said that he asked if he could take out his penis and he did just that. The two women thought he was joking, but he really did it. They said to the New York Times: “He proceeded to take all of his clothes off, and get completely naked, and started masturbating” while they laughed and screamed in shock. Goodman said: “We were paralysed” before he ejaculated on himself and said, “Which one is Dana and which one is Julia?” as they fled the room. According to the women, they said they told other people about it, but felt people distancing themselves from the occurrence, making them “fear for their careers” if they spoke out further. Wolov stated: “We could already feel the backlash”.

In 2003, Abby Schachner stated that when she spoke on the phone to him, she could hear him masturbating as he spoke to her, then later when they met, she says that he breathed heavily and talked about his sexual fantasies with her, making her feel uncomfortable. Hmm… Sounds like a dubious one to us… Anyway, another woman has also come forward, named Rebecca Corry, a comedic actress, who claims that Louis C.K asked if he could masturbate in front of her in 2005, when they were preparing to feature on a TV pilot together, then proceeded to take off all his clothes and do exactly as he said he would.

We aren’t experts in this sort of thing at all, but if someone asks if they can masturbate in front of you, the correct thing to say is “No”, and then “walk away very quickly or run” out of the room, right? Corry however did not do this, instead reminding Louis C.K that he had a daughter and pregnant wife, after which, “His face got red… and he told me he had issues”.

Courteney Cox and David Arquette confirmed the incident to the New York Times, whom were both Executive producers on the pilot, with the suggestion of cancelling or halting the production, however, Corry said she wanted to press on ahead with the show regardless.

Now it’s starting to sound more true, and all of this may indicate that Louis is a very “pent up” man, doing very bad and inappropriate things that he shouldn’t have done in the first place.

The surfacing of masturbation allegations against Louis C.K first came up during a 2015 expose on the Defamer website, (which is now out of commission), which had published many masturbation rumours about him.

Corry later stated that she had received a very long (and very late) apology email from Louis C.K regarding the incident, where he said that he used to “misread people back then”.

Another woman has come forward recently, who wished to remain anonymous, saying that in the 90’s during filming sessions of The Chris Rock Show, Louis C.K would masturbate in front of her, which is something that she said she went along with, meaning that it was consensual, and yet she told the Times, “It was something that I knew was wrong”. However, she watched him do it anyway with no vocal resistance. So, in that instance, so what?

However, things take a turn for the worse now, as Roseanne Barr mentioned in an 2016 interview with The Daily Beast, wherein she was “speaking up” after hearing numerous rumours and stories about Louis C.K’s antics: “It’s Louis C.K., locking the door and masturbating in front of women comics and writers. I can’t tell you – I’ve heard so many stories. Not just him, but a lot of them”.

Barr added, “And it’s just par for the course. It’s just sh** women have to put up with.”

That doesn’t sound great when Roseanne comes out and dishes the dirty on you like that, but what is clear is that Louis C.K may have had a serial maturation problem, at the expense of these tormented women.

It really begs the question: why did they let him do it? Well, it’s not like he touched them or anything like that, but why did they encourage his depraved, strange and disturbing behaviour? It does make you wonder, doesn’t it?

Roseanne commented in 2016 that she thought that C.K is “about to get busted”. Later that same year, when Louis C.K landed the cover of New York Magazine, he had the opportunity to address another Gawker story which pretty much made the same allegations. C.K responded, “I don’t care about that. That’s nothing to me. That’s not real.” before changing the subject. When he was pressed further, C.K said “‘Well, you can’t touch stuff like that. There’s one more thing I want to say about this, and it’s important: If you need your public profile to be all positive, you’re sick in the head.”

So let’s help put this all into perspective. He’s not the best looking guy, so perhaps the women should’ve said “No” to his masturbation antics back then, instead of waiting until he’s got a movie coming out, to come out with these sorts of embarrassing allegations of humiliating masturbation incidents from the past. That’s just sad, and it’s sad for Louis C.K to have done those things, like a desperate man. What’s worse is that the women seemingly thought it would be entertaining for him to humiliate himself in front of them.

Has Louis C.K ever claimed to be a perfect guy? Nope… Is it just as much fault for the women for letting him do the things he asked to do in front of them? Obviously, because they probably wouldn’t want to sleep with him either. He was a married man after all and he acted badly, very badly. Either way, what he did was wrong, but it’s almost as bad that the women didn’t leave right away (and in some cases, let him do it to completion) then come out a decade later before the film premiere of his new movie and bring it up publicly.

Let’s see how well Louis C.K can shake off these allegations. So far, him and his team have decided not to comment on them, which all the while, seem to be coming out at a very curious time indeed.

Quite a horrible story, but on the bright side, perhaps Louis C.K can come out of this with a new comedy routine once these allegations go away for good.
