Judge Throws Out Stormy Daniels Defamation Lawsuit; Daniels To Pay Trump’s Legal Fees

Washed up porn star, Stormy Daniels, is falling on hard times, and FAST! Yesterday, a Federal Judge threw out Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump, and ordered her to pay his legal expenses. Now we’re pretty damn sure that’s what you call “karma.”

U.S. District Judge, S. James Otero, issued the order in Los Angeles on Monday, after Stormy Daniels’ long running claim of having an affair with Trump in 2006, for which she said she was paid $130,000 for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to keep silent about it, finally came to a close.

It’s still unclear as to how much Stormy Daniels will have to pay for Trump’s legal fees, but an educated guess would be that it’s into tens of thousands, if not into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. It would surely be interesting to know just how much attorney’s fees Stormy will  have to pay. Anyway, we don’t think Stormy Daniels expected this to happen, but there you go!

Stormy Daniels had claimed that in 2011, she was threatened by a mystery man not to speak of the affair, which prompted Donald Trump to tweet that the story was a “total con job”, for which Stormy Daniels tried to sue the US President for defamation over the following tweet.

Stormy Daniels, who was represented by creepy porn lawyer, Michael Avenatti, lost the lawsuit after U.S. District Judge S. James Otero ruled that the tweet the president wrote referring to her was protected by free-speech laws. Trump keeps on winning, and rightly so.

The tweet from the US president came after an e-sketch was released by Stormy Daniels of the man whom she claims threatened her life in 2011 in a Las Vegas parking lot, which Trump called a “total con job”.

At the time when the drawing was publicly released, Trump supporters on social media suggested that the e-sketch looked exactly like Stormy Daniels’ ex-husband, Glendon Crain, whilst leftists suggested that it looked like NFL star Tom Brady. Completely laughable, we know!

Additionally, Judge Otero said Trump’s tweet was a ‘hyperbolic statement’ against a political adversary, with the judge’s statement reading, “The Court agrees with Mr. Trump’s argument because the tweet in question constitutes “rhetorical hyperbole” normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States. The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement.”

The exact amount that Stormy Daniels will have to pay will be determined at a later date, and Trump’s attorney, Charles Harder, called the order a “total victory” for the president.

Meanwhile, Michael Avenatti vowed to appeal the decision, and is hopeful that the ruling will be reversed, however, that now remains to be seen.

It seems highly likely now that Stormy Daniels will have to go back on the road and do more strip shows, that is if anyone will even entertain that idea. However, there is also the prospect of yet more hardcore pornographic movies on the agenda, or better yet, some late night cable softcore porn potentiality for Daniels’ to recoup at least part of the legal fees that she will now have to pay.

All it all, we guess it’s back to work for Stormy Daniels whilst Donald Trump continues to do a magnificent job as the leader of the free world. We predict that Monday the 15th of October, 2018, might now just go down as one of the greatest Monday’s in all of human history.
