Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Share Photo Of Destroyed Home After Wildfires

Singer Miley Cyrus and her long-time partner Liam Hemsworth have recently shared a photo of their home, now in burnt shambles following the California wildfires.

On their Instagram pages, the couple both posted the same image of their fire-ravaged house, in Malibu, west Los Angeles. In the photo, only ornamental letters spelling “love” is still seen intact from the rest of the wreckage. Suspicions are growing as to the cause of the fires, whilst the mainstream media are trying to blame climate change, but it’s rumoured that Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) are being used to clear a path to make way for brand new infrastructure.

Some theories suggest that in-home smart meters combined with escalating winds alongside 5G towers could be creating the sparks of fire, blazing up parts of California, according to researchers.

But, what do we know? Those are just the rumours circulating. Anyway, Miley Cyrus posted a picture of her house, before it was hit by the fires on her Instagram story. She encouraged people to donate to the Malibu Foundation, which was set up to help with the rebuild, following the disaster.

It’s been a heartbreaking few days. This is what’s left of my house. Love. Many people in Malibu and surrounding areas in California have lost their homes also and my heart goes out to everyone who was affected by these fires. I spent the day in Malibu yesterday and it was amazing to see the community pulling together to help each other out in any way they can. Malibu is a strong community and this event is only going to make it stronger. Thankful for the all the great local guys that helped keep smaller fires out around my property. I love u guys. I love you Malibu. Thank you to all the hero firefighters around California. It’s going to be a journey to rebuild. Stay strong all. To help/donate visit @malibufoundation and @happyhippiefdn

It was reported that 50 people have been killed in the fires across the state, with Northern California being the worst affected with 48 bodies discovered so far. As for Malibu, only two people have died, however, the final body count won’t be known for a while yet.

Liam Hemsworth wrote on his Instagram post, “It’s been a heartbreaking few days. This is what’s left of my house. Love.”. The Australian actor also said it was “amazing to see the community work together” in the aftermath of the fires, and gave his thanks to “all the hero firefighters around California”.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus has been urging fans and others to “donate anything you can” to the Malibu Foundation in order to “restore Malibu’s magic.”

Miley said, “Any amount is greatly appreciated! The deepest sense of community and love is surrounding those who have lost their homes. Being one of them. That connection is irreplaceable and can never be taken in a way as devastating as this…”

The couple have also made their own donations, releasing a statement to the Associated Press that they are donating $500,000 (£384,000) to the foundation.

“Miley and Liam lost their home but are very grateful to be safe along with their animals” the statement reads.

“Their community and state are very special to them and they want to give back to the place that has created so many beautiful memories for themselves and others.”

“These funds will be used for those in financial need, emergency relief assistance, community rebuilding, wildfire prevention and climate change resilience.”

The pair are not the only celebrities to be affected by the devastating wildfires, as others, including Gerard Butler, Robin Thicke, Kim Basinger and Neil Young have also lost their homes to the fires, whilst Kim Kardashian West, Caitlyn Jenner and Lady Gaga were also forced to evacuate their homes.

Furthermore, there were many more celebrities that reached out to help emergency services such as Kanye West who hired a private fire fighting firm to help friends and neighbours.

Lady Gaga promptly visited a shelter to of people that had to evacuate their homes on Tuesday, where she delivered pizza, coffee and cards. Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters also chipped in by delivering food to firefighters in Calabasas. In hindsight, these are lovely small gestures that most can do, so let’s give thanks to those few celebrities that did their best to help the people that lost everything in these fires.

These celebrities, even though they lost their mansion homes, probably have home insurance, and they can buy plenty more homes anywhere in the world, whereas the people far below the 1% of the richest are left with nothing more than ashes.

So let’s not get confused. If these celebrities could donate more, then it would greatly help out the Malibu Foundation. These celebrities have a platform to do just that, in so many ways, but Miley and Chris did the right thing, since they’re proving themselves to go out of their way to make a difference.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating wildfires, There is still so much to be done, but the biggest question will be how did these so-called wildfires even start in the first place. California Governor, Jerry Brown, claims it’s climate change… Nevertheless, if you would like to make a donation to The Malibu Foundation, follow the link here and please donate.
