Devin Nunes to Send 8 Criminal Referrals to DOJ over hoax “RussiaGate” Ringleaders

Devin Nunes 8 criminal referrals

California Republican chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes, will serve the Department of Justice with eight criminal referrals to the ringleaders of the hoax of the “RussiaGate,” or “Russian Collusion” plot, who sought to impeach US president Donald J. Trump.

Yes, just as sure as the Russia investigation would be exposed as a major political hoax, what would also follow would be the criminal prosecution of those involved in the attempted coup d’état to try an impeach president Donald Trump, over ridiculous lies, or “ridiculous bullsh*t.”

Which as we all know by now, encompassed Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation into Russian collusion. But, also includes the fake Russian dossier that they claimed to have on Donald Trump, which was concocted by an ex-British spy, Christopher Steel, and was paid for by the Clinton Foundation (Clinton campaign) through Fusion GPS, and also to that of the illegal spying on Trump tower, for which Hillary Clinton and Barack “SpyGate” Obama have a lot to answer for, regarding those FBI and James Comey backed wiretaps, and also to the backers behind the failed plot to impeach the US president, with the “Russia Collusion” hoax.

H.I.C ranking member, Devin Nunes, has now vowed to seek justice against no less than 8 leading actors in the Russian collusion hoax, with criminal referrals sent straight to the Department of Justice any day soon.

Yes, just as sure as we were that this would all finally be exposed as a grand hoax, we’re now sure that the culprits behind it will face criminal charges, just as we know that the tides always change in the ocean, as does the final conclusion of those that commit evil acts, sooner or later, by becoming exposed for their crimes of treason.

So, what we are saying is, that the tides are now changing and those involved in the Russian collusion hoax and the plot to impeach Donald Trump, should most definitely, and will most definitely face criminal prosecutions.

Five out of the eight criminal referrals sent to the DOJ, are for specific people, who participated in political schemes against a presidential candidate and US president Donald Trump, including the use of wiretapping Carter Page and Donald Trump at Trump Tower, and to that of the orchestrated and false narrative of the Russia collusion hoax creating furore in the “fake news” mainstream media.

The other three criminal referrals are non-person specific but expertly outlines the criminal conspiracy against Donald Trump, as as follows:

  • One referral is the conspiracy to intentionally falsifying material to the FISA Courtin order to gain a Title-One FISA warrant against U.S. person Carter Page; and by extension the political campaign of Donald Trump.
  • A second conspiracy referral targets the intentional manipulation of intelligence information; and a conspiracy to weaponize the intelligence apparatusagainst a political party and presidential candidate, Donald Trump.
  • The third conspiracy referral is less specific and pertains to evidence collected that shows a small group of government officials engaged in “global classified intelligence leaks” to the U.S. media and other entities and/or persons.

Devin Nunes told Fox News on ‘Sunday Morning Futures’, that he will send the 8 criminal referrals this week to the Department of Justice, for their acts of misconduct in the fake Russia investigation into Trump, including the leaks of “highly classified material” and the conspiracies to lie to Congress and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court.

Yes, this could well lead the way to fully declassifying FISA warrants, something which scares the life out to numerous political entities whom were involved and behind the illegal spying on Donald Trump, and which would further expose those that sought to impeach or attempt to overthrow a sitting US president with lies and scams, or shall we say, with a “Russia hoax.”

FOX reports: The dramatic step comes as Republicans have pushed for the release of key documents to uncover the origins of the now-discredited narrative that the Trump campaign colluded improperly with the Russian government.

President Donald Trump told FOX, after the revelations of Robert Mueller’s investigation found no “Russian collusion”, stating on FISA documents, “I do, I have plans to declassify and release. I have plans to absolutely release,” Trump said. “I have some very talented people working for me, lawyers, and they really didn’t want me to do it early on. … A lot of people wanted me to do it a long time ago. I’m glad I didn’t do it. We got a great result without having to do it, but we will. One of the reasons that my lawyers didn’t want me to do it, is they said, if I do it, they’ll call it a form of obstruction.”

Trump added: “Frankly, thought it would be better if we held it to the end. But at the right time, we will be absolutely releasing.”

Devin Nunes revealed on ‘Sunday Morning Future’ with Maria Bartiromo, that he has been working on the criminal referrals for more than two years, but was waiting until Attorney General Bill Barr was appointed. Nunes said, “We’re prepared this week to notify the attorney general that we’re prepared to send those referrals over.”

He added, “First of all, all of these are classified or sensitive. … Five of them are what I would call straight up referrals — so just referrals that name someone and name the specific crimes.”

“Those crimes are lying to Congress, misleading Congress, leaking classified information. So five of them are those types.”

Devin Nunes elaborated further and hinted at some more information regarding the remaining criminal referrals that will be served to the DOJ this week, stating:

“There are three [referrals] that I think are more complicated… So on the first one, is FISA abuse and other matters. We believe there was a conspiracy to lie to the FISA court, mislead the FISA court by numerous individuals that all need to be investigated and looked at that, and we believe the [relevant] statute is the conspiracy statute. The second conspiracy one is involving manipulation of intelligence that also could ensnarl many Americans.”

Devin Nunes said, “we’ve had a lot of concerns with the way intelligence was used” during the Trump-Russia probe. Only little more than a week before the FBI applied for a FISA warrant to surveil Carter Page and a Trump campaign aide, bureau officials were battling a senior Justice Department official who had continual concerns over bias towards a source, whom was pivotal for the FISA applications.

Yes, the already released and redacted FISA documents also pointed that the FBI relied heavily on ex-British spy, Christopher Steele, who was working for Fusion GPS, which is a firm funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC), in order to surveil Carter Page and Donald Trump.

Talk about collusion, right? The leaked and falsified dossier made by Christopher Steele at Fusion GPS, created a crazy mainstream media narrative of alleged Trump-Russia collusion, which ended with a big “nothing burger” after Robert Mueller’s special investigation into Russian collusion, found no evidence of any collusion at all, at a taxpayers cost of $35million, last month.

Carter Page was also never charged with any wrongdoing, and is currently suing the DNC for defamation of character, and with the DOJ guidelines stating that the FBI cannot omit evidence in misinterpreting sources, Republicans and many reports have surmised that the FBI improperly withheld evidence which suggested that their targets of surveillance were in fact, totally innocent. Talk about collusion, right? Nunes told FOX:

“The third is what I would call a global leak referral. So there are about a dozen highly sensitive classified information leaks that were given to only a few reporters over the last two-and-a-half-plus years. So you know, we don’t know if there’s actually been any leak investigations that have been opened, but we do believe that we’ve got pretty good information and a pretty good idea of who could be behind these leaks.”

The wiretaps induced horrific leaks including private conversations between president Donald Trump, with the leaders of Australia and Mexico, and also talks with former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

Devin Nunes said that the criminal referrals could and will most likely involve more than eight specific people, and with the conspiracy referral it could include up to a dozen specific people or even more, he said, “a dozen, two dozen people” with more criminal referrals to come.

Nunes said presumably in relation to the petty charges brought by the Mueller investigation on certain individuals, by stating, “I think it’s impossible to ignore. If the Mueller team was busting people for lying to the FBI — there are some pretty simple times when people lied to Congress for the sole purpose of obstructing our investigation.”

So, there you have it! Some of the information which you won’t hear on CNN and which hints at what’s really going on, but with yet still so much more to come and then just think, that these scandals are massive, but these are just some of the political scandals that have, or that will be exposed to the fullest degree, not to mention a whole host of other political scandals involving the Democrats, the DNC, the Clinton Foundation and cohorts, that are still yet to come.

Yesterday, Devin Nunes has also filed a $150million lawsuit against ‘The McClatchy Company’ with one of their news agencies’ reporters’ who conspired with a political operative to derail Nunes’ in the Clinton campaign and Russian election interference.
